2010 DEC 02 Who is the Watch man ?

The security guard came to informed me that he will leave at eight o'clock.
Becauce he came to office at 8:00am in the morning and he took one hour from his home to office.
I told him your working time is from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
You are just work two days.
If you leave now, I will inform your company we need to change security quard.
He stayed until 9:00pm then went home.

I think if I was not stay in office then what happen?
The security must be go home very early.

So, we pay the salary for the security guard but we are the Watch Man.
We are very worry the security guard is the thief too.
