2010 April 26 Jogging near to Chennai Office

I already stayed in India 5 months.
My weight lost a lot. I felt my body getting weak and felt blue.
I ran to a beautiful road near to our office last sturday.
Then I knew My body was really bad.
Even 20 mintues jogging, I got pain in muscle and joint.
I decided re-start my living.
The first thing is jogging in the morning.
I was happy I jog in the morning.

來印度已經五個月.
流失很多體重,感覺自己的身體很虛弱而且感覺憂鬱.
我到辦公室附近一條漂亮道路慢跑.
然後知道自己的身體真非常糟糕.
甚至只跑20分鐘,肌肉和關節都會痠痛.
我決定重新調整新生活.
第一件就是早上慢跑.
我很高興在清晨慢跑.
