AC Motor Drives (VFD022B023B)

1. Power Wiring:
(1) AC line input terminals 3-phase R, S, T and earth connection
(2) AC drive output terminals U, V, W, for connecting 3-phase inductiomn motor and earth connection

2. Control Wiring:
(1) Analog voltage input connectiing a 5K ohm variable resister.(+10V, AVI, ACM)
(2) Forword command, motor run in FWD direction, never apply votage to these terminals directly.(FWD, DCM)

3. Main of Parameter setting:
(1) Frequency Command by external analog signal.(02-00/ 01)
(2) Operation Command by external terminals.(02-01/ 01)
(3) Acceleration Time (01-09/ 02)(2 sec)
(4) Dcceleration Time (01-10/ 02)(2 sec)

4. Check the rotation direction of motor.

馬達變頻器

1. 動力線部份:
(1) 一次側(輸入端) 三相動力線 R S T +接地線 <== 外部來的電源 220V 60HZ

(2) 二次側(輸出端) 三相動力線 U V W +接地線 ==> 接馬達

2. 控制線部份:
(1) 變頻器輸出值控制線,3芯電線,接可調式電阻1K ~ 10K歐姆.(台達電子變頻器+10V, AVI, ACM)
(2) 變頻器啟動控制線,2芯電線,只可接單純接點,不可有外部電源.(台達電子變頻器FWD, DCM)

3. 重點參數設定:
(1) 變頻器輸出值,設定由外部控制.(台達電子變頻器參數代號02-00內的數值改為01)
(2) 變頻器啟動,設定由外部控制.(台達電子變頻器參數代號02-01內的數值改為01)
(3) 啟動的加速時間.(台達電子變頻器參數代號01-09內的數值改為02)(2秒)
(4) 停止的減速時間.(台達電子變頻器參數代號01-10內的數值改為02)(2秒)

4. 試機注意馬達轉向.
