The gladdest thing in Vietnam

I felt the gladdest thing is running after got up in the morning.
When I was in Vietnam at the last one week this time.
Opened the front door of the factory and ran around the factory building.
But inside the wall about at 6:30 am Vietnam time.
I ran 10 times round the factory building normally.
The distance is about four to five hundred meters one time.
I practiced Vietnamese language at the same time.
It is important for my task that is Vietnamese numbers.
From one to ten, running a cycle then I said a Vietnamese number.
MOT, HAI, BA, BON, NAM, SAU, BAY, TAM, CHIN, MUOI,
I spoke the Vietnamese number what the cycle number I was running.
The guard greeted to me too.
I felt that is the gladdest thing in Vietnam.
Because I got high spirit after running.
From one day beginning I felt very glad.
